This kitchen was designed with a clear vision in mind: a clean, modern farmhouse aesthetic that feels both open and welcoming. Starting with a blank slate—a large floorplan and soaring ceilings—the goal was to create balance and warmth within the expansive space.

A thoughtful mix of painted cabinetry and stained wood achieves that balance beautifully. White Oak with a Sable stain was introduced on the island, with complementary touches along the perimeter. Wood accents continue with a trimmed hood and floating shelves, adding depth and texture without overwhelming the design.

These warm wood elements tie seamlessly into the ceiling beams in the adjoining living area, creating a cohesive flow throughout the open-concept space. The result is a modern farmhouse kitchen that feels intentional, inviting, and perfectly scaled to its surroundings.
